Research & Development

Edimax’s Taiwan and China based R&D / engineering team consists of 200 staffs. Their solid background and

strengthen the capability of developing innovative products and solutions. All Edimax’s products are CE, FCC

and C-Tick emission certiﬁ ed. The wireless 802.11n range are Wi-Fi certiﬁ ed and all drivers are being tested

by Microsoft and NSTL to ensure the interoperability. In 2003, the company was ISO 90001 and ISO 14000

certiﬁ ed, further ensuring the highest quality of products and services. Furthermore, Edimax has entered in

strategic partnerships with several chipset vendors and participates among others in the Wi-Fi Alliance and the

Gigabit Ethernet Alliance.
